2. Course description This course builds on your GCSE Spanish to give you a lasting appreciation of the language. You will develop oral fluency and conversation skills through a range of stimulating and absorbing study topics including: Music and Technology Culture and Arts Sports Environment Politics and History. Your studies will also give you an insight into Spanish culture and society.

3. Entry requirements Five or more GCSEs at grade C or above including Maths and English and a GCSE grade B in Spanish. Also subject to QCA score. 4. Equipment required No equipment required 5. Assessment method You will be examined in Listening Reading and Writing via a two and a half hour written examination worth 70% of the total AS marks and 65% of the total A2 marks and a 8-10 minute Speaking Test which contributes 30% of the total AS marks and 11-13 minute Speaking Test worth 35% of the total A2 marks.
