By the end of the SpaTRAINER™ workshop you will be able to: Write measurable learning objectives suitable for skills and knowledge based spa training sessions - Design brain friendly spa training sessions with support materials - Deliver interactive spa training sessions for small groups - Explain how to increase trainee participation and maintain interest over longer periods of spa training - Describe and demonstrate how to assess performance and provide constructive feedback - Explain and demonstrate how to coach spa trainees to maintain and enhance performance.
