Course programme

Events and Activity Massage: Theory of muscle function.
Pre event therapy: Warming the muscles, by stretching the fibres and removal of waste. Fast effleurage techniques, stretching muscle groups and individual muscles and improve waste drainage.
Post event: Relaxing muscles and relaxing spasm, removal of waste acids to aid recovery and even out blood flow.

This course is not for treatment of injuries.
Under no circumstances should injuries be treated.

Home study - 1 day Pre-course reading and questions are required to be completed before the training day. (emailed to you) This allows for an intensive one day practical study of the routine.
