SQA BSL Level 1

• 40 hour course over 20 weeks - 2 hour class each week

• It is advised that the candidate will have completed the Introduction to BSL before enrolling on this course.

• This module will involve personal, social and formal topics. The candidate will gain a broader vocabulary enabling them to hold a BSL conversation confidently.

With the SQA courses we offer a practice service where students will be able to have 1 to 1 online BSL tutorials with their tutor at home, via webcam using our Sign On Screen facility. Each student will be allocated a timeslot when their practice session will be.
