Course programme
This module is designed to assist both Preliminary and HSC PDHPE teachers teach road safety education as well as create a learning activity of their own. It also offers resources for teachers to utilise in class as stimulus or as a direct learning opportunity.
The module examines effective Health Promotion strategies as demonstrated through Road Safety and explores possibilities to do the same in relation to a number of health issues affecting both young Australians as well as the general population. The self-paced module includes multimedia and interactive learning experiences.
This online module has been developed through funding from Transport for NSW under the School Road Safety Education Programme.
