A Level Business Studies AS/A2

Are you looking to learn more about business? Does the idea of starting and or running a business appeal to you? This A Level Business Course is ideal for anyone wishing to gain knowledge and understanding of this subject or for anyone who wishes to study at a higher level at University. You will also find this course extremely valuable if you are looking for further training whilst employed.

With this course you will learn what it takes to start a business and to run it smoothly. The basic mechanics of a start-up will be discussed, with an emphasis on how to finance small businesses. Students will then learn basics in business management, such as strategies in human resources and operations, marketing techniques and financial management.

The second half of the course will build upon the knowledge learned regarding strategic management, and students will have the chance to reinforce the topics covered and revisit them by going further in depth.

The final unit in the course will cover corporate strategy. This unit focuses on corporate aims and objectives, how to identify problems and how to creatively brainstorm and implement new ideas. Managing change can be difficult and this unit will teach students techniques for going about it in a less stressful way.
