Suitable for: Suitable for personnel practitioners who have already achieved professional membership of the CIPD and have at least three years experience of operational personnel management. The MSc is therefore suitable for recent CIPD graduates who wish to extend their specialist knowledge, or for more experienced personnel professionals who wish to update themselves on recent developments in management science.
