Stress Management (1 day Course)
This is a theory course that involves client participation in relaxation exercises. It gives the client an insight into how stress affects the every day lives of people both in the workplace and domestically.
The one day course lasts around 6 contact hours and involves the burning of incense and essential oils.
There is no assessment so an attendance certificate will be issued.
