Module 2: Client care and communications: How to communicate with your client, dealing with client questions, complaints etc. Consultation techniques.
Module 3: Business Practices: Business Planning, legal requirements, employment opportunities, marketing, business types.
Module 4: Stress Management: Psychotherapy, Systems of the Body, Methods of Treatment, Subconscious Mind Activity, Relaxing & Breathing Techniques, Symptoms of Stress, Psychology.
Module 5: Treatment suggestions: Treatment plans, Consultation sheets, Session worksheets and notes. In this module you will be creating handout leaflets and questionnaires to help your client to manage their stress, in preparation for completing your case studies in module 6.
Module 6: Case Studies: Contains the documents required to complete the case studies. There are 5 treatments to carry out and document for case studies
Course Criteria
• Training manuals provided for each Module to be studied at your own pace.
• Question paper to test you on your understanding of each module to be submitted for marking before the next module is sent to you.
• Case studies - 7 treatments on a minimum of 5 different people to be submitted before certificate is issued.
