This two day course is designed
for those with some project management experience but who have had no
formal project management training.
The course material is based on
Prince 2 and other proven standard techniques and will provide Project
Managers with the skills needed to successfully deliver project products
throughout the life-cycle of any given project.
A case study and
practical exercises will be used during the course. The case study can be
