Paul Bradford
Cake Designer
Paul Bradford has a wealth of experience. He heads up a team of designers, annually makes cakes for royalty in the UK and in April 2010 made a cake for Prince Albert of Monaco in front of 100 Italian Cuisine students. He has a passion for teaching and explains a lot more than simply the course syllabus.
Course programme
Time: 9.30am - 5pm
The price includes all materials, lunch and the flowers to take home to show off to your friends
Lesson Plan
- 9:30am - 10am - Introductions, food hygiene, health and safety
- 10am - 12am - Demonstration from Paul on a range of sugar flowers - stargazer lily, roses, calla lily, filler flowers
- 12am - 1pm - Buffet lunch with Paul
- 1pm - 3:45pm - Workshop where you get to choose the flowers from the morning's demonstration to create with Paul on hand to help
- 3:45pm - 5pm - Wipe down and group picture
