Summer Holiday - English

PRESENTATION

A course for young students who want to learn English and have a great summer holiday in the UK's most popular holiday resort.

You will have General English lessons in the morning and a social programme with transport and entrances included:

-During the course you work on all four skills of reading, writing, listening and speaking
-Both grammar and vocabulary are important components of the lessons
-The afternoon lessons focus on improving your skills and less on grammar
-Lots of speaking practice is built into the lessons and pronunciation is improved with the help of the language laboratory
-You will have a tutorial at the start of your programme to help assess your aims and set some targets for improving your English. You will then have another tutorial at the end of the programme to look at your progress and give you advice on how to keep improving your English. Students who are studying for more than 4 weeks will have regular progress tutorials
-The tutorial process also ensures students are moved up to the next level as soon as they are ready

Social and Cultural Activities and Excursions

-3 afternoon activities every week (fun activities, sports and local visits)
-A full day excursion every Saturday. You will have the chance to go to London and also to visit places like Oxford, Cambridge, Canterbury or Bath and Stonehenge

Our summer holiday course offers out 20 lesson general english programme together with a programme of afternoon social and cultural activities and a weekend excursion.

Levels
Elementary to Advanced. Please note we do not take beginners.

Lessons per week
20 Lessons per week/15 hours of study with social and cultural activities and excursions.
