Escape Yoga Centre opened in August 2006. It was created by Jane Collins and her husband Matt Hibbs to provide a space where people can practice yoga in a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere.
A dedicated team of fully qualified teachers offer a variety of yoga styles for all levels, and we now also offer Aikido classes and Gym Kids sessions.
Facilities
Escape Yoga Centre The yoga studio itself is a beautiful, spacious, carpeted room which is fully equiped for yoga with mats, blankets, blocks, belts and exercise balls, and also for aikido and gymnastics with top quality crash mats and children's gymnastics equipment.
We run a free crèche during 3 of our daytime classes, so that parents don't have to miss out. Our crèche workers, Kelly and Stephanie are very experienced and will ensure that your children have fun while you enjoy your class.
Escape Yoga Centre The centre has a cosy reception room with comfortable seating, and complementary drinks for all Students. Here you will find Néo's delicious homemade flapjacks and Jane's organic vegetarian Superb Soups.
