Supervision and Appraisal

This course will give an understanding of the supervision and appraisal processes, and of the benefits effective supervision and appraisal can give to both the individual and the organisation. Participants will learn how to design and implement an appraisal scheme, how to plan and conduct appraisal interviews, and how to use supervision and appraisal as a tool for staff development. Suitable for: This course is intended for people with experience of working in a supervisory or management role.
