SVQ IN LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT LEVEL IV
The objectives are to
enable candidates to:

Identify the Learning and Development needs of the Organisation

Manage the Contribution of others in the Learning Process

Evaluate and Improve Learning Programmes.
Candidate SpecificationThis qualification is designed for
candidates who are responsible for the identification, planning, the
appropriate delivery and evaluation of the training needs of their
organisation and who are responsible for the contribution of others
involved in the process.
It is anticipated this VQ should take around
12 - 24 months to complete.

of skill, knowledge and understanding to the standard specified by the
performance criteria of each unit of the SVQ. This can be achieved through
gathering evidence, portfolio building, witness testimonies and
questioning.
CertificationScottish Qualification
Authority Level IV in Learning and Development.
May also form part of
Modern Apprenticeship.
