Course Summary:
Designed for candidates who are normally carrying out tasks such as key working, assessment and care planning and implementing care plans. Candidates must work in residential, day and home care settings. Candidates are required to compile a portfolio of evidence to demonstrate understanding of theory, principles and practices.

Protection and Wellbeing of Individuals
Developing Your Own Knowledge and Practice
Four units to be chosen from either Adult or Children and Young People options

Assessment:
Continuous in the workplace
Portfolio of evidence to be compiled

Duration:
12 - 15 months with flexible start dates
