SWANSEA INTENSIVE MINDFULNESS MEDITATION COURSE
Learn new ways of handling stress, pain and difficult feelings. Mindfulness meditation, breathwork and relaxation based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn. Benefits from this practice include greater peace of mind, reduced stress, improved concentration and better ability to cope with pain and illness. Learn in a supportive, friendly environment.
4 fortnightly Sunday morning sessions, 9:30-1:30pm, starts 3 October
Mindful Space, mindfulness meditation training in Swansea, Cardiff and Newport.
