History

The cookery school is housed in the ground floor of the converted Georgian stables, which overlook the castle turret and parkland. The two-day courses are run by resident celebrity chef, Rosemary Shrager (seen on BBC's Royal Upstairs and Downstairs, the Alan Titchmarsh Show and Ladette to Lady). Special rates are available for guests wanting to book accommodation with one of Rosemary's two-day courses or day course, from £105 per room, per night (bed and breakfast)

There are a wide range of day courses including Italian cookery, Butchery, Fish and Shellfish and Dinner Parties which are run by John Rogers, Swinton Park's Cookery School Head Chef. John also runs the residential weekend courses.
