Summary
The Synergy programme is designed to assist young people (ages 16-18) to develop skills and qualities which will help their progression into employment, work or further education. The course is designed to offer the learner the benefit of the opportunity to join 1-3 Pathways. The programme has multiple entry points throughout the year. Applications can be made either directly to College, or via consultation with your Youth and Connexions Services Personal Advisor. Option 2 - Employment skills development and real work experience (L1) City and Guilds Employability and Social Development Award Option 3 - Study skills development and access to Vocational College area (E3/L1) National College Open Network STEP UP Award.
