Summary
The Synergy programme is designed to assist young people (ages 16-18) to develop skills and qualities which will help their progression into employment, work or further education. The course is designed to offer the learner the benefit of the opportunity to join 1-3 Pathways. The programme has multiple entry points throughout the year. Applications can be made either directly to College, or via consultation with your Youth and Connexions Services Personal Advisor. Qualifications
There are three options on the Synergy programme. Option 1 - Basic skills development and confidence building (E3/L1) National Open College Network STEP UP Award. Option 2 - Employment skills development and real work experience (L1) City and Guilds Employability and Social Development Award Option 3 - Study skills development and access to Vocational College area (E3/L1) National College Open Network STEP UP Award.
