T.A. (Transactional Analysis) for Managers

T.A. (Transactional Analysis) for Managers Built on theory devised by Eric Berne, T.A. is not only a highly effective theory and method used in therapeutic contexts but is widely used in education and business.  The theory is stimulating and accessible and can be easily translated into a social care and management context.  This course will provide participants with understanding of some of the basic theoretical concepts that will include, Ego States and Transactions.  Managing change will be examined from a T.A. perspective, as will effective communication, conflict management, motivation and resistance
