Overview At a glance Learn how to plan, design, conduct, assess and review training and assessment. A must have for any trainer. This program specifies the competencies required to deliver training in an industry area or area of subject matter expertise, and to conduct competency-based assessment in a range of contexts. Application Mode Distance; On-campus Courses/Units Ten (10) units must be successfully completed, seven (7) Core unit and three (3) Elective units. Units are delivered in three (3) clusters.
