This Tai Chi workshop will help you look at how you move, breathe and use your mind. The class is designed as an introduction to Tai Chi forms, Chi Kung practice and energy work, philosophy and mind. Its purpose is to show the broad scope of the art and its usefulness in daily life, to allow participants to decide whether it is something they wish to pursue further. No experience is necessary to take part, although students with some experience may find it deepens understanding of their own practice.
