What I would highlight: I've chose Tante Marie because of the available skills set from the teachers. The location is fantastic. And the kitchen size is huge, you're never in a class with more than ten people, which it's fantastic to learn.

What I would highlight: I took the Intensive Cordon Bleu Diploma Course and had an amazing time at Tante Marie. Their staff is excellent and truly supportive. The groups were small but diverse. They taught us from scratch and developed to advanced skills, learning about ingredients, menu planning and budgeting. This school also helps you to find a job in highly ranked restaurants.

Dylan

What I would highlight: Before attending Tante Marie, I was already a passionate cook. I took this course with the purpose of learning the basics, but what I got was a whole bunch more like true lifelong friends. Currently, I am writing this from Portofino, Italy where I’m the head chef of a yacht. Would I have gotten here without going to Tante Marie? Maybe, but with them and the training, I certainly made it quicker.
