I took the Intensive Cordon Bleu Diploma Course and had an amazing time at Tante Marie. Their staff is excellent and truly supportive. The groups were small but diverse. They taught us from scratch and developed to advanced skills, learning about ingredients, menu planning and budgeting. This school also helps you to find a job in highly ranked restaurants.

The Tante Marie Intensive Cordon Bleu Diploma is suited to experienced cooks who wish to improve their foundation skills in cookery and gain a professional qualification.
Our Cordon Bleu Diploma is an internationally recognised qualification which has been setting the standards in global culinary training since its creation in 1954. This intensive two term course covers the same curriculum and awards the same qualification as our three term course, but is run at a faster pace for more mature students who have some previous cookery experience and are able to respond to the pressures of intensive learning.
About this course
The level of attention, skill and support given to Cordon Bleu students at the Tante Marie Culinary Academy means that our graduates are versatile, confident and more than ready to dive in to a successful career in food, drink & hospitality.
This intensive two term course covers the same curriculum and awards the same qualification as our three term diploma course, but is run at a faster pace for more mature students who have some previous cookery experience and are able to respond to the pressures of intensive learning.
There are no academic qualifications required at attend this course.
We accept students from age 16 years, however we suggest students from age 21 years are best suited to the intensive course. There is no upper age limit.
