Susanna started "Tiger Rose" in 1990 as a small flower shop in Pimlico and spent time teaching at the Paula Pryke Flower School. This was at a time when floral designers were challenging conventional floristry and were bold enough to mix dark red roses with blackberries in hand tied posies and fill tin pails with cornflowers, cow parsley and buttercups. Now based in Hampshire, Susanna and her team bring ground breaking floristry that is exciting and memorable.

Course programme

This class presents an opportunity to learn more about this delicious, fragrant and fresh cooking. Ingredients such as coconut milk, lemongrass, coriander and kaffir lime leaves help create wonderful simple dishes as well as creating beautiful smells in the kitchen!
Vanessa will help inspire you with confidence and great ideas. We will all prepare a delicious 3 course lunch and you will also make something to take home with you.

The £75 cost, includes all your materials, recipes to take home, a 3 course lunch and a glass of wine.
