Overview: The Professional Doctorate in Education (EdD) TESOL, which is a combination of both taught and research elements, provides an alternative route to the PhD for mid-career and senior professionals in English language education and related disciplines. Entry Requirements A 2.2 Honours degree or above or equivalent qualification acceptable to the University and a Masters degree or equivalent qualification acceptable to the University.
