- Opportunities to Share and Reflect on Good Practice
- The Chance to Develop Strategies and Delivery Methods
- Strategies for Motivating This Age Group and Managing Challenging Behaviour
- An Understanding of Key Legal and Health and Safety Issues
- A Chance to Widen Understanding of School Structure, including National Curriculum
The qualification consists of 3 units and seeks to provide:

When will I attend?
First Monday 10.00am - 3.00pm
Subsequently Monday 4.00pm - 7.00pm for approximately 9 sessions (Dates to be confirmed)
How will I be assessed?
- A completed portfolio
- 2 observed 14-16 teaching sessions, the first may be carried out by a critical friend
- Completed work will be assessed and moderated according to BTEC requirements
