Course Synopsis
An in house understanding team communication styles training course, to acquire insights into the different types communication that people prefer to use in the workplace; their preferences and reasons for using different communication styles and techniques.
Using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator MBTI questionnaire as a basis for the workshop, you will then consider communication techniques and strategies that could make the communication within the team more effective.
Target Audience
In company training for those wishing to gain an appreciation of their own and others communication styles and preferences, and how to effectively communicate with each type.
