Team Leadership level 2

The qualification aims to provide learners’ with the knowledge they need to work in a team leading role. The qualification consists of 5 mandatory units covering: Preparing to lead a team, Support and development of self and team members, Communication and the team leader, Equality and Diversity and the team leader and Motivating the team.

How you will learnYou will be allocated your own study pack and have a personal tutor who you can contact throughout your studies. You will be required to work through a series of tasks and activities designed to reinforce the learning process and demonstrate your knowledge. (This course is also available on-line).

After successfully completing the course candidates will be able to further their own continuous professional development, which may improve their career prospects or progress to further training. You could also progress on to further study in the field or other Distance Learning programmes.
