What you'll learn

To achieve the NVQ you must complete a minimum of 17 credits. This will consist of the following mandatory units:

• manage own professional development within an organisation
• set objectives and provide support for team members
• plan, allocate and monitor work of a team.

In addition, you will be able to select from a wide range of optional units appropriate to your specific job role, for example: plan, allocate and monitor work of a team, set objectives and provide support for team members, manage conflict, procure supplies.

You will achieve the course thorough distance learning with the support of an assessor who will carry out regular assessment visits and reviews.
