Course Description
This course will give practising and potential team/cell leaders the foundation for their development in this role. It will develop your basic team leading skills. You will improve your promotion prospects, alongside your career and personal development.Your studies on this course will include: team-leading skills, getting the work done, leading people in teams, and communicating with people.

Entry Requirements
4 GCSEs Grade D, incl. English. (Maths D for some courses). Or Pass in Level 1 Vocational Qual., Merit for BTECs, plus Key Skills Level 1 Comm. (App. of Number for some courses) or equivalent. Diplomas require Functional Skills in ICT, Maths and English.
