Who is the course for?
This course is suitable across all sectors, for learners who are employed in, a team leading or other supervisory position. It will benefit all employees who need to maintain and develop the effectiveness and efficiency of the operations for which they are responsible.

What is the course about?
There are six units in total, 4 Mandatory & 2 Optional:

* Manage your own resources (Mandatory)
* Provide leadership for your team (Mandatory)
* Develop productive working relationships with colleagues (Mandatory)
* Ensure your own action reduce risks to health and safety (Mandatory)
* Encourage innovation in your team (Optional)
* Allocate and check work in your team (Optional)
* Provide learning opportunities for colleagues (Optional)
* Resolve customer service problems (Optional)
* Support customer service improvements (Optional)

Will I need anything else?
LSC funded subject to status and locality with course fees of 550.
How long & often do I attend?
Start Date: Throughout the year.

How will I be assessed?
A Riverside College Halton assessor visits your place of work on a regular basis to support and conduct work based assessments.

What opportunities will this lead to?
Successful candidates may wish to progress onto a higher level NVQ depending on their job role.
