A team leader is a provider of guidance, someone others look to in times of uncertainty, an instructor, a motivator and leader of others. Does this sound like you?
This course will develop you personally and within a team environment. This programme is designed for people who wish to gain an understanding of principles and practices designed to give practising or aspiring team leaders a solid foundation in their formal development as a leader. The objectives of the course are to provide a development opportunity which teaches the broad concepts of team leading for people taking on, or planning to take on, a team leader role in their work environment.
