About this course

Through this training workshop, the participants will be well versed with the concept of “a team, and its factors for success”. The understudies will be able to gain an in-depth knowledge of the phases of the Tuckman team development model (Forming, Storming, Norming and Performing). The participants will also be able to comprehend the uses, benefits and disadvantages of various team-building activities, thus can become capable of following strategies for setting and leading team meetings. The problem-solving strategies using the Six Thinking Hats model -- and one consensus-building approach to solve team problems, will equip the understudies to create an action plan and encouraging teamwork to realize the goals.
