Introduction The main purpose and aim of this qualification is to meet the needs of the creative industries for more work based learning and qualifications within this sector. This qualification has been developed in response to the findings of the creative blueprint: the Sector Skills Agreement for the Creative and Cultural industries which indicated that more work based learning was needed within this sector.

Course Units All of the units are mandatory.
· Cleaning up own work area
· Drafting patterns for costumes
· Fitting and altering costumes and accessories
· Developing and researching ideas for a production
· Organising the wardrobe
· Planning costume requirements for a production
· Sourcing costumes, materials and equipment
· Making and finishing costumes

Certificate in Creative & Cultural Practice
