Our popular Thai workshop is back! It it a busy morning, starting at 10am. You’ll be involved right from the start making 3 different curry pastes from scratch to take away. Beverley will make up a batch of curry to show you how to use the paste and also how to make superb rice which you'll be able to taste. We’ll also discuss the ingredients, where to buy and if there are alternatives & how to use them.
