Course programme
This is a week-long pose in theatrical costume. You will be given a brief introduction to the art and history of the period, and will investigate some of the approaches and techniques of artists working at this time. These may serve as inspiration but you will be free to make your own decisions about your work, using the materials and techniques of your choice, and you can choose to either make a sustained piece of work or a series of studies. Teaching will include illustrated presentations, tutor demonstrations; practical painting/drawing and individual tuition and guidance.
