What's it all about?:
Working with 3-D design brings many benefits for businesses, such as quicker turnaround time on projects, better communication of ideas and designs, and better collaboration with people. Our course will develop your skills from paper drawings that you have to 3-D design. We will teach you a series of best practices to follow that will ensure the transition is smooth and efficient and you feel comfortable and competent with whatever CAD option you finally choose.
Courses run in September and January.

On progression of this course you may go on to other courses within the College.
Entry Requirements:
In our experience in order to be successful on this level of course you will need one of the following:
• four to five GCSEs at grades A*-C (including English and maths)
• an intermediate GNVQ in a related subject
• a BTEC first diploma in a related subject
• an NVQ Level 2/technical certificate in a related subject
• successful completion of an apprenticeship course
• successful completion of the Gateway/Newstart course
• equivalent qualifications or relevant work experience.
C & G 4353/02 or equivalent experience.
