The course will develop an understanding of the Key Principles of effective Time Management. It will also help to develop specific, practical skills for proactively managing interactions and developing relationships with colleagues. The style of the course is both participative and practical. Learning-by-doing activities are supported and complimented with concepts and guidance from the tutor.
