Basic knowledge of Windows 95, including minimising and maximising windows, using the Run Command to launch programs, moving between Windows sessions using task switching and the Taskbar, using the Windows Explorer to copy and move files, create subdirectories, navigate through the file structure, and launch programs.

* Use ToolBook templates and backdrops to create learning applications.
* Provide hyperlinks, image maps, and custom menu pages for custom navigation options.
* Add multimedia, such as graphics, sound, video, and animation for more interesting learning modules.
