About this course
Understand how a business operates and your role in ensuring you and your team work towards maintaining the corporate image. You gain the ability to work confidently with management, junior staff, clients and suppliers.
The course is ideal for people or staff wanting to move into administration. PAs or secretaries may also feel the need to endorse their administrative skills.
A good level of education, basic keyboard and IT skills are the requirements for the course.
Souters Administration Certificate (CPD accredited)
The course is tutor-led in a classroom environment with a mixture of theory, interactive sessions and practical exercises.
Souters will send out their information pack the same day. The pack gives a brief history of Souters, details of the subjects covered on the course, schedule, registration form and a map.
Souters will assist with the presentation of the CV. We also have close links with recruitment companies who send us job vacancies weekly. Companies also send their requirements when they have a vacancy to fill. These are updated to our website and also placed on our notice board.
