Traffic Marshal

MG Training UK Ltd has been working closely with a large security operative company to develop a traffic marshal course that fits the purpose of security guards on construction sites.

Please note that this course is for GROUPS only and not for individuals. If you have a group that require this course then we will be very happy to come to you and deliver the course.

The course content includes:

• Basic Construction Law regarding traffic management
• Who to allow on site
• When it is not safe for a vehicle to be allowed access
• Hazard analysis
• Risk Management for directing vehicles
• Correct hand signals for directing vehicles

The course is assessed in two ways:
1: A practical assessment to demonstrate knowledge of directing a vehicle
2: A theoretical assessment via a multi-choice question paper

By the end of the course candidates will have demonstrated correct signaling to direct vehicles and also correct questioning of vehicle drivers at the gate entrance.
