Objectives:
On completion of the course, the course member will be able to instruct trainees/trainee in job skills and the related knowledge to a given standard using equipment and training aids found in the normal working situation
Content:
· Welcome and introductions.
· Aims and objectives of the 3 day course.
· The role of the trainer.
· Identify the major aspects of the training role and the skills needed to be effective.
· Learning objectives/produce detailed learning objectives.
· Selecting and structuring training materials.
· Design and use visual aids.
· Develop presentation skills.
· Effective communication skills.
· Training demonstration and evaluation.
· Identify the process for assessing group and individual progresses.
