Course programme
Train the Trainer
Good trainers are able to design and deliver effective knowledge, skills and attitudes development programmes in a positive and motivational way. This 2 day course is as equally effective with people who have never trained as it is as a refresher for existing trainers. Participants will learn methods to enable them to make an effective contribution to the training and development of others. Using live training sessions from your organisation, participants will learn how to use their own natural style to put the learning across effectively. Video filming and playback will enable participants to use the tape for self coaching.
