You need to think through what you want them to learn and how best they will retain that knowledge. This one day programme gives people the opportunity to explore and develop the skills required to deliver effective training sessions.

As a result of attending this course, participants will be able to:
Understand how people learn and the consequences for designing training sessions
Define, formulate and write training objectives
Structure material to aid trainees retention
Understand how to utilise their communication skills in a training context
Deal with potentially difficult trainees and situations
Have an opportunity to deliver a short training session
Increase their confidence levels in training others
This course is designed for those who have had no formal instruction in training skills.
