What will you be learning?
This course is an introduction to the travel and tourism industry and supports the building up of skills and confidence for work or further study. The course includes: Introduction to retail travel services; worldwide destinations; planning itineraries; customer relations and an introduction to the U.K. travel industry.

What happens when you have finished?
After you have successfully completed this course, you can progress onto the NCFE Level 2 in Travel and Tourism or perhaps enter employment.
