Travel and Tourism - Level 3 Extended Diploma (Edexcel)

The course is an alternative to studying a traditional A level programme, the BTEC Extended Diploma in Travel and Tourism is equivilent to 3 A Levels and it allows students to cover a wide range of areas that make up the huge industry from hotels, entertainment, marketing and event management to transport, customer services, visitor attractions and tour operations. The programme of study aims to provide you with specialist knowledge, understanding and skills needed for entering a career in the industry or for continuing your studies at university. The course carries UCAS points and is seen as a main route into most Higher Education institutions. This is a broad based course that covers many elements of the industry so learners can choose their chosen areas of expertise.
