This course will give you an introduction to the dynamic world of travel and tourism industry.

What does the course involve?
You will enjoy this course if you would like to develop an appreciation of the diversity and complexity of the travel and tourism industry.

You will gain, through simulations, practical and technical skills relevant to the travel and tourism industry, and an understanding of the issues that are affecting the travel and tourism industry.

What will I study?
In unit 1 you will investigate the travel and tourism industry, unit 2 identifies the importance of customer service and in unit 3 you will study Europe as a travel destination.
