Course programme

Assessment will take the form of written assignments, written reports, practical assessments, presentations and formal examinations. Learners will complete a period of Work Based Learning and complete a project whilst on placement.

This Foundation Degree prepares you for a career in International Hospitality and Tourism Management. On completion of the course successful Learners can progress to year three of the full time BSc Hons Degrees in International Hospitality Management (with Tourism Options), in Events Management or other full-time degree deemed appropriate by the Ulster University or other universities. Learners can progress into employment in a wide variety of outlets at junior or duty management level.
