Course programme

Assessment will be carried out via a variety of assessment methods. These will include: coursework assignments and end of module examinations as well as group activities and professional presentations. You will also be assessed in the workplace as part of your industrial placement.

On successful completion of the Foundation Degree you may progress to Year 2 of the Honours Degree in Construction Engineering and Management with exemption from the placement year at Ulster University. You can, therefore, complete an Honours Degree within the same length of time as a Learners who enrols directly to the university at the beginning of Year 1. You may also transfer to other universities to complete your degree or undertake employment in the construction industry.
